Unleash your inner dancer, Mama!

Time to step away from your responsibilities for an evening and step onto the dance floor at Beyond ABC! This feel-good dance class is designed to help you shake off the stress of motherhood, have fun with other mamas and move your body in a way that feels good to energizing music.
What to expect:

Welcome and introductions

45 minutes of fun, energizing, and uplifting dance moves

Space to breathe, dance, laugh and recharge in a welcoming environment

We will end our evening with light refreshments
No prior dance experience is required. Come as you are!
$20 per mama. Grab a friend or come solo and meet a new one. We cannot wait to see you!

You’re invited to a Baby & Me Play Date featuring the owner of Mal's Milky Way, Abbey McLaughlin, RN, BSN, IBCLC.
Abbey is an expert in lactation care and prenatal education, and she will be sharing valuable insights on:

Proper babywearing techniques

Feeding tips and tricks

How to combine babywearing and feeding
-
Navigating feeding your baby while also caring for older children (if applicable)
This event is open to mamas who are pregnant, mamas who have babies and mamas who have a baby + toddler(s). We will have gross and fine motor toys available for your child to explore while Abbey shares her knowledge.
Come ready to learn, connect, and play. This is a great opportunity to build your parenting knowledge and your village of support.

We’re bringing the sunshine and tunes to Beyond ABC with a special Summertime Jam music class led by our favorite Music Therapist, Ms. Jessica!
Your little ones will love this pop-up class featuring summer themes like gardening, weather, bugs, and more. We’ll sing, dance, move our bodies, play instruments, and make magical musical memories together!
Open to ages 0-5 years old
$15 per child
